SPOILER - HIGHLIGHT TO READ Actually, at the end of Halo 2, the monitor says all the other installations will be activated from one place, so I'm betting there will be only one more Halo game, at the place the monitor called 'The Arch'.  The only reason i know this is because I beat it again about a half hour ago.  The first time I beat it was Sunday night.... RE: Halo 2 Yes, I caught that. I still think something will happen though, to cause more than just one more Halo game. I mean, this is a huge money maker for them. It did more in it's first day than any other game in history...Heck, it did more than any other movie in history. I think they'll want to keep it going for the fans, and for themselves. SPOILERS: The Arch will probably be over-run with Flood, and something will happen. The Halo's will get activated and then in the next game you have to try and stop them or something. I know that sounds lame, but I never claimed to be a game story writer. I'm sure they'll think of something good. Halo 3 does look really good. The Arch and all. You'll probably wind up fighting the Arbitor or something, because I think he still wants to activate it (which doesn't really make sense, since he's you). Maybe not, after seeing the Flood octipus or whatever it was tell that story. I really have no idea. And then they have to work back in the octipus thingy. And how the Covenant get back their homeworld, if they do. Maybe the Covenant will find out how bad the Halo's actually are, and with work with Earth to try and stop it, and the Flood? So that all the Halo's and Flood will be gone, forever. There are still so many things to clear up, I'm not sure if they can do it in one game. I mean, they can but, it'd be really long. And so far, the two Halo games haven't been very long. I wouldn't compalin if it was longer, but I don't think they'll do that. I think they will make more than one more. RE: Halo 2 SPOILERS: Is it just me, or is it glaringly obvious that the Ark (it's not the Arch. It's the Ark.) is the Ark of the Covenant? You know, from the Bible? Now, I don't know a lot about the Ark, but isn't it said that you die if you open it? Yeah, you die, and EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE GALAXY dies too, because it activates the Halos. Presumably the Forerunner ship that took off from Delta Halo is not the Ark, nor does it contain the Ark, and is going to Earth to GET the Ark to activate the Halos.
